New Year - New Mug
Nearly a month into the year already!
A few years ago, I was inspired by Katharine Hepburn's quote ~
While reading this quote for the first time, I visualised Katharine Hepburn as a child, sitting on a hill, enjoying the delight of just being. I had to draw it.
This illustration has become my profile picture for Blogger, Facebook, Twitter, Google, Instagram, Redbubble and many more online places that I've probably forgotten and neglected.
The reason I like this image to pop up in front of me each day, is to remind me to stop, reflect and just be. This gives me a sense of calm.
What else gives me a sense of calm? Tea.
So deciding on the design for my new studio mug was a no brainer.
I may have gone a little overboard by also ordering myself a new studio notebook though.
